Authorities, Project Descriptions The Projects listed for the Authorities are included to give a broad picture of transportation improvements in New Jersey. Projects shown here are those of regional significance, and should not be viewed as an all-inclusive list; for the most part, they do not involve any state funds. The Authorities use a calendar year rather than a fiscal year, and only the current year is fiscally constrained.
