The NJDOT SSP Business Development Program (BDP) is designed to foster long-term growth by guiding Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) through a structured development process. Like the SSP, it is entirely free.

This comprehensive program offers advanced technical assistance, in-depth strategic planning, business assessments, and customized growth plans. With its hands-on, supportive approach, the BDP requires long-term commitment from the participants to maximize its impact.
